Having a clinic in the best commercial and office hub in Tri-Cities involves having an extra busy parking situation. Please read the following carefully to avoid unnecessary stress and arrive on time for your appointment.
Underground Parking: There are 2 entrances: near Office Building South(our building) and from Morrissey Road next to Romer’s(better for those driving a large truck or minivan). You are allowed to park for free for 90 min max in any spot; you need to register your car license plate # at the machine(located near every elevator/escalator).
Handicap Parking: there are a number of spots near the entrance to the elevators underground.
Tip#1: Arrive early!! Especially if it is your first time you may need some time to find a parking spot, locate our building and figure out the ultra modern elevator system.
Tip#2: Many parking stalls next to our building are marked as 15 min only; please note that it is 15 min only 7-9am and 4-6pm, so you can park there for 90 mins any other time. You may actually have easier time parking there than at other places since many misread the sign and don’t to park there.
Tip #3: There is WAY more parking on the other side of the parking lot under grocery store, BC Liquor and Office North. Park closest to our building (Office South) is always the busiest. Take 1 min walk and avoid driving in circles to get the “closest” parking spot. You will need to use the elevator for our building, if you use the elevator near the grocery store, they do not connect.
Tip #4: If it is a nice day, you may choose to walk from the leisure center on Ioco Road. It offers 4 hr free parking and just few minutes away
Tip #5: If you are doing multiple treatments or want to hang out in Suter Brook Village later, consider paying for extra parking – it is 1$ for 3.5 hours
Please note that if you have a 7 am appointment the elevators will unlock at 7:01 AM and then you can access the elevator.
