    Bridgette is currently on maternity leave.

    Bridgette graduated from the University of British Columbia with Masters of Physical Therapy, following the completion of her undergraduate degree in physical education and coaching. She has also completed additional certifications in Mulligans concept manual therapy (mobilizations with movement), and is looking forward to pursuing post graduate education in other areas including pelvic floor and women’s health starting in 2020.

    Bridgette is fascinated by the adaptability and resilience of the human body and is passionate about helping people become and stay active in whichever ways are most meaningful to them. Having grown up throughout the greater Vancouver area, Bridgette has a special appreciation for running, hiking, and any activities that involve getting outdoors and exploring our beautiful province. When it comes to treatment, Bridgette believes in combining hands on techniques with personalized exercise prescription and thorough patient education to help clients reach their therapeutic goals.

    During her down time, Bridgette enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, getting out for runs, and exploring new and exciting ways to stay active.
