• Dr. Adam Armour

Dr. Adam J. Armour is a doctor of Chiropractic who practices an evidence-based approach to health care. He is a graduate of the New Zealand College of Chiropractic and is a member of the College of Chiropractors of BC and the British Columbia Chiropractic Association.

Growing up in small-town Ontario, on Lake Huron’s shores, Dr. Armour always had an interest in physical activity. Ultimately, his interest in the human form and how we can optimize its potential was foundational in his career path’s culmination. Dr. Armour eventually ventured out west and settled in Vancouver, where he began his studies with the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2011. With a steady growth of knowledge and experience, Dr. Armour led a successful massage therapy practice in downtown Vancouver. After developing a strong interest in joint mechanics and the nervous system’s functioning, he was inspired by his father-in-law (who is a chiropractor) to return to school and pursue a degree in Chiropractic. Dr. Armour spent four years abroad studying the chiropractic sciences and clinical applications in Auckland, New Zealand. He returned to Vancouver and completed his board exams to become a Doctor of Chiropractic.

When not busy at his practices, Dr. Armour enjoys spending quality family time with his wife and daughters. Additionally, he enjoys recreational sports and is regularly involved in inline hockey and softball.
