• Jena Fraser

Jena has been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Strength and Conditioning Coach since 2010. Integrating movement education with manual therapy, Jena enjoys creatively problem solving injuries/compensations which limit performance in sport and activity, using an osteopathic approach.

While attending university, Jena worked for 3 years as the Athletic Trainer for the UBC Women’s Ice Hockey team, where she realized her passion for manual therapy and high level sports conditioning. Since then, Jena has worked with NCAA level collegiate sports athletes, National level Figure Skaters, National Women’s Soccer team, NHL players, and Senior PGA golfers. Jena places high value in continuing education and learning the subtleties of the human body and its mechanics. She has industriously attended courses for manual therapy, anatomy/physiology and strength conditioning. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Human Kinetics (Exercise Science stream) from the University of British Columbia in 2008 prior to becoming an RMT, and currently is attending a 5 year program studying Osteopathy at the Canadian School of Osteopathy Manual Practice in Vancouver, and is set to graduate in 2021.

When not in the clinic, or studying for school, Jena enjoys boating, golfing, yoga, painting, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
