• Natalie Goodfellow, PT

Natalie is currently on Maternity Leave

Natalie has been passionate about exercise and movement since childhood. This passion led her to study at the University of British Columbia where she obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology. After graduating, Natalie worked in both clinical and recreational settings as a kinesiologist, yoga instructor, and personal trainer. Natalie also worked at a medical clinic where she helped develop and manage wellness programs for patients, which focused on sleep hygiene, stress reduction and physical fitness.

Natalie graduated from the Masters of Physical Therapy at UBC and continues to treat patients with a broad outlook on wellness and health. Her treatments are goal driven and developed together with her patients. Natalie has a strong belief in using exercise as medicine and employing safe and effective exercises, manual therapy techniques and self-management strategies to optimize patient function.

Natalie enjoys seeing a wide variety of patients; however, she has a special interest in treating those with persistent pain. She continues to research and further develop her understanding of the positive influence that physiotherapy and exercise can have on a person’s functional wellbeing.

In her leisure time Natalie enjoys spending time with friends and family. Or she can be found out and about cycling, bouldering, hiking, practicing yoga or playing with her puppy.
