    Panos has been working as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016. Before pursuing a career in Massage Therapy, Panos was working as a physiotherapy assistant in multi-disciplinary clinics.

    In his treatments, he implements a variety of techniques according to individual needs, such as: joint mobilizations, muscle energy techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, deep tissue, remedial exercises.

    Panos practice involves sport injuries, headache management, overuse injuries, common musculoskeletal aches and pains, Whiplash Associated Disorders.

    In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, photography, watching movies.
